“Team Faction” will be on site to provide SIRIUS XM listeners with behind-the-scenes access to one of the biggest action sports events of the year.  Fans will hear regular updates from the winners circle as well as one-on-one interviews with X Games competitors and special expected guests Tony Hawk, Travis Pastrana, Ryan Sheckler and Dave Mirra.

Six days of X Games coverage will kick-off with a one-hour special, “The Music of X,” featuring some of the biggest names in action sports as guest DJs, including Mike Vallely, Shaun White, Dave Mirra, P-Rod and Andy MacDonald, playing music that gets them pumped up to compete. The special programming will also include various highlights from the best moments in the history of Faction’s coverage of the games over the past six years.

At the conclusion of the games, Faction will broadcast a three-hour “Best of the X Games” wrap-up show, offering listeners a chance to relive the most exciting moments from this year’s games. Tony Hawk, award-winning action sports icon and SIRIUS XM host, will also cap off the games with his insider’s take on the competition during his weekly Faction show, Demolition Radio.
