Fernie Alpine Resort is ready to open for the season with the most snowfall in 34yrs!

 Daily operations commence this Saturday Dec. 5, 2009.  Alpine conditions are fantastic with over a 6ft of settled snow base in the five alpine bowls.

All main lifts will be operating (with the exception of the Deer Chair) including:

Timber Bowl Express
White Pass Quad
Great Bear Express Quad
Elk Quad
Boomerang Chair
Haul-Back T-Bar
Mighty Moose & Mini-Moose operations are still to be determined.
